DESCRIPTION

New NEXX RACING precision CNC SWISS aluminum 7075 T6 motor mount is designed to replace stock plastic Kyosho Mini-Z motor mount and to support round brushless motors. It is designed for MR-03RM/ MR02RM/015 RM (wheelbase 90mm to 94mm). NEXX Racing motor mount is very light weight even more than 20% lighter than plastic version, yet very strong, made from aerospace aluminum 7075 T6

Features:

Lowest CG motor mount on the market

The new motor mount is designed for the Mini-Z brushless motors. A lot of hours of engineering have been put into this motor to lower the C.G to lowest possible. You cannot go lower than this.

Lightest motor mount on the market

Besides being the lowest CG motor mount on the market, it is also the lightest weight motor mount on the market with just 5.1g in weight with carbon fiber T-plate and screws and only 5.1g without the carbon fiber T-plate, more than 20% lighter than stock plastic motor mount. To achieve this milestone, we have to machine the motor mount from a block of billet SWISS 7075 aluminum to minimize the number of parts, resulting the lightest weight possible.

Innovative slot design to allow easy adjusting gear mesh

Adjusting gear mesh is not always an easy job, however with NEXX innovative method of adjusting the gear mesh, it’s very simple, fool-proof one screw driver operation.

Innovative carbon support design

NEXX solves the problem of motors being ejected from crashes by a new method of lockup and hold the motor in secured position so that in hardest crashs, the motor cannot be ejected from the chassis.

The SKYLINE lipo conversion chassis is a conversion kit that takes all electronics of the mini-Z and converts the mini-Z from 4 x AAA ni-Mh batteres to 2 x lipo batteries version. With dual 2S lipo batteries, the mini-Z is like twin-power charged with much stronger power and also twice as long lasting race time.

The lipo batteries are mounted well balance on both sides of the frame with better stability in cornering.

Easy carbon fiber battery compartment door for easy installation and removal of batteries.

Top frame has empty spaces to allow multiple electronics mounting and extra weights to adjust C.G.

Total weight of car with dual 2s 350mAh batteries is only 140g, incredibly 10g lighter than stock car.

Compatible with NEXX V-LINE front suspension system and PN Racing Double A-Arm and most motor mounts on the market for 90-102mm Wide wheel base.

V-LINE-FULL MANUAL

NEXX RACING V-line Front Suspension system is designed with innovative features such as quick adjustable caster, quick adjustable camber, adjustable ride height…. It makes the Mini-Z looks much like a real car, not only fast but also stable, better cornering and better suspension overall. With locknuts and kingpins, V-LINE is designed to minimize most of the play resulting very smooth performance. The V-LINE suspension systems fits only Mini-Z MR03 wide base models and also fits PN 2.5 Chassis. For easy assembly, we pre-install the V-LINE suspension system at factory so it’s very easy and fast to assembly it on the Mini-Z.
